This hot yoga pose requires balance, which is why it can be challenging at first. However, over time it will help improve your balance and coordination. The Half Moon Pose also stretches and strengthens your arms, legs, and spine while improving flexibility in your hips. It is a great pose to do after the Warrior Pose or any other standing pose.
