From there, round out the spine and lift up through the chest as if you were going to look at yourself from behind (like a cow). Continue alternating between these two poses for five to ten minutes. 

Puppy Pose

To perform this pose, start on all fours with your hands directly below your shoulders and your knees directly below your hips. Then, tuck in your chin and round out your back as if you were going to look at yourself from behind. Hold this pose for five to ten minutes. 

 

Seated Forward Bend Pose 

This pose is perfect for releasing tension in the lower back, belly, and hips. It also helps to improve digestion and relieve bloating. To perform this pose, start by sitting on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. Then, bend both knees and bring the soles of your feet together so that they touch each other. 

Next, grab hold of your big toes with the index fingers and thumbs on both hands (if this is too difficult, try holding onto a belt or towel instead). From there, press your knees down towards the floor and relax. Hold this pose for five to ten minutes.
